Eigbobo explained how Budderfly helps small and mid-sized businesses reduce energy consumption by up to 30% at no upfront cost, and outlined the company's three-phase approach to efficiency, storage and grid participation.
"On average, we see about 30% of wasted energy in small businesses, small and medium," Eigbobo said. "If we can multiply that by the amount of small and medium businesses around the country, that is a bunch of peaker plants that don't have to be built." On the company's growth, he added: "We've grown close to 40% per year, year over year, which is very, very hard to do in the energy business."
